Trade Management Analyst (9-Months Contract)

Our client is a leading global financial institution with businesses across investment banking, securities and asset management.

Its Asset & Wealth Management business provides investment solutions across a wide range of public and private asset classes to institutional, government and high-net-worth clients globally.

Join the Trade Management team within Investment Operations, supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Asia. You will work closely with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Operations teams, Brokers and Custodians to ensure trades are processed accurately and efficiently.

1. Manage and support trade confirmation and settlement across different markets and products.
2. Support Trading Desks with day-to-day queries and operational matters.
3. Monitor trade flows and identify operational risks and process improvements.
4. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.
5. Support new products, clients, systems and business initiatives.
6. Ensure all activities meet required deadlines, controls and regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Operations, Middle Office or Trade Operations.
3. Experience with at least one of the following: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures or IRS.
4. Good understanding of trade lifecycle, confirmation and settlement.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail with a strong risk and control mindset.
7. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
